About Us

 Latitude 31 Dive Company was created out of a passion for boats, fishing, SCUBA diving, and the Sea. Owner Kevin Hunnicutt began by first being introduced to the water at family outings and events as a small child. In 2007 he received a 1986 Bayliner Trophy named Clementine as a gift from his grandfather. Kevin completely rebuilt the boat and began running fishing trips offshore of the Georgia coast at the age of 18. Clementine offered the opportunity for many hundreds of trips in Offshore Georgia, Florida’s Atlantic and Gulf coasts, and the Bahamas. He now has 15 years of experience on Georgia’s offshore waters.   Naturally, a passion for diving was developed during this time. Kevin worked to become a SCUBA diver instructor, and he has gained much experience diving in a diverse set of conditions, including Georgia’s offshore waters. Kevin worked to receive a US Coast Guard 50-ton Master Captain’s License. In 2018, Latitude 31 Dive Company LLC was born.
